INDICATIONS Lotobit
indicated for the treatment of steroid responsive inflammatory condition of the
palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva , cornea and anterior segment of the globe
such as allergic conjunctivitis , acne , rosacea, superficial punctuate
keratitis , herpes zoster keratitis , iritis, cyclitis, selected infective
conjuctivitides , when the inherent hazard of steroid use is accepted to obtain
an advisable diminution in edema and inflammation. Lotobit
is also indicated for the treatment of post-operative inflammation following
ocular surgery , with minimal risk of IOP elevation.

Loteprednol
drops is used for Providing
temporary relief of itching, redness, swelling, and irritation of the eye
caused by seasonal allergies.Loteprednol is an ophthalmic corticosteroid. It
decreases inflammation (eg, redness, swelling, warmth, pain) of the eye.
Do
NOT use loteprednol drops if you
are allergic to any ingredient in loteprednol drops you have a bacterial,
viral, or mycobacterial infection of the eye Contact your doctor or health care
provider right away if any of these apply to you.

Adult Dose for Usual
Adult Dose for Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis 0.2%
Suspension: Instill 1 drop into affected eye(s) 4 times daily.

Adult Dose for Acne Rosacea 0.5%
Suspension: Instill 1 to 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected
eye(s) 4 times daily. Within the first week, the dosing may be increased up to
1 drop every hour if necessary.

Suspension: Instill 1 to 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected
eye(s) 4 times daily. Within the first week, the dosing may be increased up to
1 drop every hour if necessary.

Suspension: Instill 1 to 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected
eye(s) 4 times daily. Within the first week, the dosing may be increased up to
1 drop every hour if necessary.

Suspension: Instill 1 to 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the operated
eye(s) 4 times daily beginning 24 hours after surgery.
Storage

upright. Do not freeze.
Patient
advice Patients
should not wear contact lenses when using LOTOBIT products. Patients who wear
soft contact lenses and whose eyes are not red, should wait at least ten
minutes after instilling LOTOBIT before insert contact lenses. If redness
or itching becomes aggravated, the patient should be advised to consult a
physician.
